Course Overview

The main aim of metrics and dashboards is to provide accurate facts and figures and information to the individuals at the right time by using the correct media and in a cost effective way. The focus is on needs that the individuals have regarding their requirements. The needs generate quick results and good decision mandates for better information.

Many individuals have multiple ways through which they can grab information. PMO training course has an option of addressing all of these concerns by selecting the metrics and design of dashboards. The keywords in the vocabulary of stakeholders are “Making the informed decisions.” This could only be accomplished by an effective information system that is based upon the informative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Nowadays, graphics is a combination of images, points, information, charts, shades, numbers, symphony of colors and symbols, and these are used for conveying the messages.
